What is included with my purchase?

Each set includes a guided journal and the supplemental lined journal, arriving together in signature Stationery Systems packaging.

Do you offer quantity discounts?

Yes. Pricing per set decreases as quantity increases, automatically applied in your cart from 2 sets up to 3. For orders of 10 or more, contact hello@stationerysystems.com for team or event options.

When will my order ship?

Orders ship within 2 business days.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently we ship within the United States only.

Can I return my order?

All sales are final. Please see our Refund Policy for full details, including our damage window for items that arrive defective.

How can I contact customer support?

Will I receive an order confirmation?

Yes. You will receive an order confirmation by email immediately after purchase, followed by tracking information once your order ships.

Is my payment secure?

Yes. All payments are processed securely through Shopify, and we never store your card information directly.
