REFUND POLICY

All Sales Are Final

All purchases made at Stationery Systems are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. Please review all product details, dimensions, and descriptions carefully before completing your purchase.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. Contact us at hello@stationerysystems.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the damage or defect. We will evaluate the issue and respond within 1-2 business days. Where damage is confirmed due to a manufacturing defect or shipping mishandling we will offer a replacement at our discretion.

Items reported after 7 days of confirmed delivery will not be eligible for review.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once your order has been marked as delivered by the carrier we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We recommend checking with neighbors and your building's mailroom before contacting us. For packages lost in transit before delivery confirmation please contact us at hello@stationerysystems.com and we will work with the carrier to investigate.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address. If you notice an error immediately after placing your order contact us at hello@stationerysystems.com and we will attempt to correct it before shipment. We cannot guarantee address changes once an order is in processing.

Gift Cards

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
