At Stationery Systems, we want you to feel completely confident in your decision to start The Discipline Journal practice. If anything about your order isn't right, we're here to help make it right.
Return & Exchange Policy
We offer a 30-day return and exchange window, starting from the date your order is delivered. To be eligible, items must be unused, in new condition, with no writing or markings inside either journal.
To start a return or exchange, email us at hello@stationerysystems.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We read and appreciate every message.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. For US orders, we're able to provide a prepaid return label, and the cost of the label will be deducted from your refund.
Refunds
Once your return is on its way back to us and tracking confirms it's in transit, we'll process your refund or exchange. Refunds are issued to your original payment method, and it may take a few business days for your bank to reflect the return. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at hello@stationerysystems.com with your order number and photos of the item and packaging, and we'll make it right as quickly as we can.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a carrier marks your order as delivered, we're unable to take responsibility for packages that go missing after that point. Please check with neighbors and your building's mailroom before reaching out, and if your package appears lost before delivery was confirmed, let us know and we'll investigate with the carrier.
Incorrect Address
Please double check your shipping address at checkout. If you catch an error right after ordering, email us right away and we'll try to update it before it ships.
Gift Cards
Gift cards are final sale and non-refundable.
